Traveling instructions:

- All travelers whether vaccinated or not are required to bring a negative PCR test from the country of departure that should be done within maximum 72 hours prior to departure.
- All travelers whether vaccinated or not must complete the form below to obtain their personal QR code which is mandatory for boarding.
- Non Jordanians must obtain health/travel insurance.
- Passengers are required to present the applicable documents upon arrival. This includes the QR code, and a negative PCR test result from the country of departure.
- Children under 5 years old are not required to apply on the platform.
- In case of a positive result, travellers must commit to adhere to home quarantine for a period of 14 days and do the (PCR)(COVID19) test on the fourteenth day of home quarantine at their own expense.
- Diplomats are not required to bring a negative PCR test result from the country of departure.

Note 1: You will be required to undergo a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Jordan at your own expense of 20 JD (approximately 28 $), children below 5 years of age are exempted – Your application will not be processed unless payment is made., please make payment now.

Note 2: Upon successful completion and submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation code via email, which must be shown at the border crossing.

Note 3: Evidence of negative PCR tests conducted from the country/region of departure and confirmation code (see Note 1) must be presented at the border crossing for each traveller.
